Creating a Customer Chat Communication
To send a chat communication to your customers, you can do it 1 of 2 ways:
- Via Communications. Click on Communications (1), then the Chat button (2). Click on the appropriate Customer (3) and then fill in the Chat text (4).
2. Via Customers. Click on Customers (1). Then select the customer you want to chat with. Then Click Chat (2) and type in your chat message.
